Ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative work,
business, or program coordinator; someone proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Rhythmyx.
Dosimetry Program – Collect and distribute dosimeters by working and communicating with badge liaisons/recipients. Request, assign and distribute dosimeter history with other institutions and the vendor. Provide active communication with liaisons/recipients for dosimeter changes, request, training and compliance. Arrange semi-monthly shipping of dosimeters to vendor, provide record keeping and distribution of dosimetry records as needed.
Increased Controls Program – Monitoring of annual training requirements and notification of expirations. Work with Human Resource to reconcile unescorted access list.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program - Monitoring of annual training requirements and notification of upcoming expirations, including distribution of compliant personnel stickers.
Radioprotective Apparel Program – Scheduling and monitoring of apparel inspections, including correspondence with liaisons on results.
Equipment - Maintain annual calibration of radiation detection equipment. Coordinate meter calibrations and performance maintenance including equipment retrieval, shipping, processing purchase order changes, and update database once calibration is complete.
Update FM Portal Environmental Health and Safety (Radiation Safety) and Radiation Safety Intranet site as needed.
Continual assessment and enhancement of programs.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Three years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience or completed years of college on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, one year of required experience.
