The

Ideal
candidate will have three years of work experience; direct patient care
experience strongly preferred. Must be able to work a combined shift: 7pm-7am,
3pm-11pm and/or 11pm-7am including 26 out of 52 weekends per year.
SALARY RANGE: Min- $28,800 Mid- $36,000 Max- $43,200
Essential
Job Functions:
Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies
and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily
living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and
retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a
clean, safe and orderly manner. Acts as part of an assigned care team.
EDUCATION:Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three years of relevant work experience.
May substitute additional education for required experience a one to one basis. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
