Mgr, Clinical Pharmacy Svcs

Pharm.D. degree. Post Graduate Year 1 (Pharmacy Practice) and Post Graduate Year 2 (in the areas of specialization) residency -OR- equivalent experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in the area of specialization and five years experience in clinical pharmacy services. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources. All of the following: Texas State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist license within 90 days of job entry. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of job entry.
