Painter - Evening - Fac Mgt-PC&PF-Bld Care & Ops
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm.
Provide skilled craftmanship as a painter in applying and repairing finishes.
CMMS requirements - daily man hours and materials recording:
Employee is responsible for completing all D/C/P work orders according to CMMS Standards. Provides accurate information on Labor & Materials used on work completed on all D/C/P work orders.

Completion/Verification of D/C/P work order equipment and location data
Records Employee ID number and signs each ticket completed
Matches and applies paint, varnishes and shellac on surfaces:
Prepares surfaces for painting for hospital environment using approved methods for applying architectural coatings and vinyl wall coverings. Understands paint and coating systems, MD Anderson paint standard, and aesthetic renewal program. Inspects jobs on completion for compliance to work requests, job requirements, specifications, and applicable codes. Cleans and cares for brushes and other equipment. Paints and refinishes a wide variety of items. May patch sheetrock and/or repair various wall finishes. Work from prints, sketches, schedules and verbal communications. Requisitions materials and maintains inventory.
Respond to customer calls:
Respond to customer calls and provide customer services
Emergency responses:
Emergency responses for facilities including code red. Considered essential personnel.
