Executive Director, Strategy & Impact – Moon Shot Program
The Executive Director, Strategy & Impact – Moon Shot Program in the Discovery & Platforms Division is responsible for planning, implementing, and leading strategic research and scientific programs along with providing high levels of impact in support of the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO).
The Executive Director:
- Works directly with all leadership in areas of strategy to provide expertise and guidance to support the moon shot projects, initiatives, and strategic research planning.
- Leads initiatives to improve established processes, facilitate operational efficiencies, and serve as the moon shot program leader.
- Leads the development and optimal execution of high impact research and scientific programs and investments and advance strategic priorities, in partnership with leadership, within an inter-disciplinary environment.
- Helps to create opportunities to enhance the mission and vision.

Eight years of administrative and/or research experience to include five years’ experience in research operations including grants, contract, research program development or related area. Direct staff management experience With preferred degree, seven years of require experience to include five years’ experience in research operation including grants, contract, research program development or related area. |
