The Director, Pharmacy Medication Management directs pharmacy processes of medication management, compliance, clinical decision support, and analytics.
- Drug Use Policies and Analytics
- Formulary Management
- Administration and EHR Leadership
- Five years’ pharmacy management experience
- Experience in hospital-based pharmacy services
- PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency OR equivalent experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in the area of specialization
- Doctorate (Professional)
- Additional preferred education: Master’s Level Degree
- Certification: Eligible for Licensure as a Pharmacist in Texas
