SUMMARY

The Director, Pharmacy Medication Management directs pharmacy processes of medication management, compliance, clinical decision support, and analytics.

 
Areas of responsibility:
 
  • Drug Use Policies and Analytics
  • Formulary Management 
  • Administration and EHR Leadership     
Experience:
  • Five years’ pharmacy management experience
  • Experience in hospital-based pharmacy services
  • PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency OR equivalent experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in the area of specialization
 
Education:
  • Doctorate (Professional)
  • Additional preferred education: Master’s Level Degree
  • Certification: Eligible for Licensure as a Pharmacist in Texas
