Director of Operations – Ambulatory: Endoscopy Center
The Director of Operations – Ambulatory: Endoscopy Center serves as the chief administrator
and is responsible for all ambulatory operating matters. In collaboration with center physician leaders,
the Director will direct, administer, and coordinate the strategic daily operations for the Endoscopy
Center; oversee the ongoing collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the institution to positively
impact institutional and center operations and patient care outcomes and establish best practices and
implements continuous improvement processes onsite.

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health Care.
- Seven years business experience in healthcare in planning, directing and implementing clinical operations and business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability in the successful execution of executive competencies related to strategic planning, leadership, innovation, organization and communication is essential.
- Preferred: Experience in a leadership role in clinical oncology services, to include direct experience developing, coordinating and promoting oncology operations.
